While our beliefs are spelled out in more detail under the tab "About Us--Our beliefs"; here is a brief summary of them:
- We believe in God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- We believe that God is the creator of all things, and that He created humanity in His own image.
- We believe sin separates all people from God and the purpose for which He created them.
- We believe our sins can be forgiven through repentance, and faith in the blood of Jesus Christ shed for us on the cross. This is the only way to restore our fellowship with God our Father.
- We believe all who experience salvation are called to be empowered by the Holy Spirit to live lives of purity and service as we grow in grace.
- We believe the work and worship of the Church is to be Bible based, Christ centered, and Spirit led.

Sunday School for all ages 9:30
Morning Worship 10:45 |

Although we're a smaller church, there is a great spirit of acceptance among our folks. Besides our greeters at the door, who will welcome you to our church and direct you to the appropriate Sunday School class or morning worship, don't be surprised by the number of people who will come up and welcome you to our services.
Our morning worship service uses a variety of music as we worship God. Some weeks we might have more traditional hymns; another week there might be more choruses sung. We also have readings from the Bible (we do not use one particular version), and responsive readings, along with the sermon. During the months of September to May, the choir also sings.
Dress is casual. We understand that if you’re on vacation you probably don’t have “traditional” Sunday outfits with you. What you would wear in a sit-down restaurant is fine. (Remember that this is a worship service to God!)
We have a nursery in the back of the sanctuary for children newborn to age 3.
One the days we celebrate communion, you are free to participate in the sacrament, the only requirement being that you know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. You do not have to be a member of the church to receive communion. |
